Notice: All frameworks, instruments, methodologies, and content associated with Future Human Lab and its founder are proprietary intellectual property. Public availability of any overview or summary document does not constitute an open license or permission to use, apply, reproduce, or build upon this work in any form without prior written authorization.

Ownership

All content on this site, including but not limited to the Human Readiness Framework (HRF), associated constructs, assessment instruments, training materials, workshop architectures, white papers, and any published or shared overviews is the proprietary intellectual property of Mel Sellick, operating under Future Human Lab.

This work is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright law. The existence of a publicly available document does not waive, transfer, or limit these rights in any way.

Conditions of Use

Any access to or use of Future Human Lab content is subject to all of the following conditions without exception:

Use is strictly non-commercial. No content may be used in connection with any product, service, platform, workflow, tool, or revenue-generating activity of any kind.

All uses, including citations, references, and applications in research or educational contexts require prior written permission from Future Human Lab.

Any permitted use must include full, accurate attribution to Mel Sellick, and Future Human Lab, including a link to this site where applicable.

No third party may represent, apply, replicate, or build upon Future Human Lab frameworks or methodologies without explicit written authorization.

Permission is non-transferable. Authorization granted to one party does not extend to any other individual, organization, or platform.

Prohibited Uses

The following are expressly prohibited without prior written permission:

Building workflows, tools, or applications based on Future Human Lab frameworks on any commercial platform.

Reproducing or distributing any framework, instrument, or methodology in whole or in part.

Using Future Human Lab names, framework names, or proprietary terminology in any product, marketing, or promotional material.

Training, fine-tuning, or prompting AI systems using Future Human Lab content.

Presenting or representing Future Human Lab frameworks as freely available for use.

Research and Academic Use

Scholarly citation of publicly available overview documents is permitted provided that attribution is complete and accurate, and that the use is non-commercial and does not involve reproduction of the framework in any applied or operational form. All other academic or research applications require prior written permission.

Violations

Unauthorized use of Future Human Lab intellectual property, including use that violates any of the conditions above will be addressed through formal written notice and, where necessary, escalation through appropriate legal and institutional channels. Future Human Lab reserves all rights to pursue remedies for unauthorized use.
